Visitor Guidelines

  • Visitors must have patient ID number and a picture ID or school ID to visit if over the age of 15.
  • The visitor’s name must be on the contact list to visit. No one can be added to the contact list during visitation. Adding visitors must be done prior to visitation with the social worker and approved by the custodial person if the patient is less than 18 years old.
  • Purses, bags, cell phones or other electronics cannot be taken into visitation.
  • Food, drinks, candy, cigarettes and lighters are prohibited. Items may not be held at the front desk.
  • For the safety of all patients and due to limited space, only two visitors are allowed at any time (any visitor under 18 must be a sibling, unless approved prior to visitation by the social worker; youth 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult and do not count in the visitor limit).
