Visitor Information

NOTICE: Due to a recent surge in COVID-19 cases we are discontinuing visitation at this time.

 

Visitors please remember the following guidelines before planning your visit:

  • You must be listed as an approved visitor on the patient phone call/visitor form
  • You must pass the covid screening upon arrival
  • Must show approved personal picture ID upon arrival
  • Must be able to provide the staff with the patient i.d. number
  • Only one visitor at visitation and cannot “trade out” with another visitor
  • Lockers are available for belongings
  • The above information is in place following recent Covid-19 guidelines

Visitor Guidelines

  • One visitor allowed at any time
  • Visitor must be screened, wear mask, & use hand sanitizer
  • Visitor will move through detector/ wanded before visitation
  • All belongings must be left in the lobby lockers
  • All visitation will be held in the cafeteria
  • Visitation in the cafeteria will be socially distanced as seats are marked, as well as every other table as possible
  • Once visitor is allowed in cafeteria – they may not leave & then return
  • Visitation on phone call sheet must be completed
  • Two MHTs will be used for this process
  • One MHT will bring the patients to the cafeteria & one will move the visitors to the cafeteria
  • Patients will wear mask during visitation to prevent spread of covid-19 to those that are not vaccinated
  • The visitor MHT will call the units if needed to verify the person visiting the patient is verified for visitation (if not assessed/seen on the visitation-phone call form)
  • The two MHTs will remain in the cafeteria during entire visitation period for safety and to complete ques
  • At end of visitation both MHTs will assess patients for contraband before return to unit- collect masks
