Visitor Information

Visitors please remember the following guidelines before planning your visit:

Each patient will be allowed two visitors during the scheduled visitation period. The visitor(s) will sign in at the front reception desk. The visitor’s personal belongings will be placed in the locker provided in the lobby. The visitor(s) must also be listed as an approved visitor on the patient phone and visitation list maintained in the chart.

  • You must be listed as an approved visitor on the patient phone call/visitor form
  • Must show approved personal picture ID upon arrival
  • Must be able to provide the staff with the patient i.d. number
  • Only two visitors at visitation and cannot “trade out” with another visitor
  • Lockers are available for belongings

Visitation Schedule

Tuesday– Adult  3:30 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.

Wednesday– Adolescent   1:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.

Thursday– Child    2:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.

 

Visitor Guidelines

  • Staff member will greet visitors in front lobby providing them with information related to visitation
  • All belongings must be left in the lobby lockers
  • Two visitors allowed at any time
  • Visitor(s) must be listed on phone call sheet
  • The staff member working with the visitors will assess the phone call/visitation form and confirm with the unit the patient would like visitors
  • Visitor(s) will move through metal detector/ wanded before visitation
  • All visitation will be held in the cafeteria
  • Social distancing will be observed
  • Once visitor(s) is allowed in cafeteria – they may not leave & then return
  • One staff member will bring the patients to the cafeteria & one will move the visitors to the cafeteria
  • The staff member(s) from the unit will remain in the cafeteria to monitor the patients and their response as well as complete ques
  • The staff member(s) remaining in the cafeteria will have walkie talkies for immediate communication if needed
  • At end of visitation staff members will assess patients for contraband before return to unit
  • Staff member assigned to visitor(s) will escort them back to lobby to collect belongings and answer any questions as necessary
